Fear
not, there is hope. With enough of us
waking from our sheep-like sleep we can make our voices heard. We can put an end to the poisoning that our
children and ourselves suffer at the hands of profiteers and
governments.
Whether
the poison has been added to our water supply, heaped into our
processed foods
and drinks, or contaminating our meat supplies, we as consumers and
parents,
have a say in our health and safety.
Fluoride
poisoning can be stopped.
The
governments of United States and Canada must accept the scientific
evidence and
join the dozens of other countries that recognize the dangers of
fluoride in
the water supply.
The
addition of fluoride to water should be banned.
Industries pumping the toxin into our streams, rivers and lakes
must
immediately stop, and be held accountable for the pollution they have
caused.
The
dental community and companies that produce dental products should stop
the use
and promotion of fluoride. There are
currently a number of toothpaste manufacturers that make
non-fluoridated
toothpaste which are sold at pharmacies, health food stores and the
health food
sections in some grocery stores.
Communities
with naturally occurring fluoride in the water should avoid using it
without the
fluoride being filtered out. An in-home
reverse osmosis unit can remove fluoride.
Federal assistance should be made available to remove the
fluoride from
community wells. In 1931, both the
American Dental Association and the United States Public Health service
requested this action. 72 years late is
better than never.
MSG
and Aspartame can easily be removed from America’s food supplies. The FDA, and Health Canada, simply by
declaring that they are dangerous to human health, can immediately stop
their
addition to our foods. All current
stocks of food items tainted with these neurotoxins can be recalled and
sent
back to their manufacturers. The people
of United States and Canada do not need to be drugged into choosing one
product
over another, and they certainly don’t want to be misled by a
chemical
alternative that is more damaging to the body than the sugar it is
meant to
replace.
Cattle
that threaten us with toxic E. Coli bacteria or Mad Cow disease can be
removed
from the food chain.
The
U. S. Food and Drug Agency (FDA) is currently promoting industries to
use
powerful irradiation at the processing plants to kill bacteria such as
E.
Coli. Though consumer groups quote a
great deal of research showing the process is a danger to health, and
suggesting
that instead better care should be taken to raise healthy livestock,
the FDA is
pushing for the irradiation of foods to become widespread.
An
article for the FDA Consumer Magazine, called Irradiation:
A Safe Measure for Safer Food,
written by
the agency’s staff, states that “Trade groups such
as the National Meat
Association, the Grocery Manufacturers of America, and the National
Food
Processors Association also support irradiation……with so
many influential
organizations backing irradiation……the stage is set for
the process to pick up
momentum, despite negative sentiments.”[1]
It
seems obvious whose side the U.S. Food and Drug Administration are on. Instead of taking E. Coli infected cattle
from the food chain, they intend to submit our food to high levels of
radiation. They have already authorized
the use of food irradiation on fruits and vegetables, and not for the
reason of
killing bacteria or protecting the public.
They approved its use to slow the aging of vegetables, so the
grocery
stores can keep them on the shelves longer.
Does adding radiation to lettuce and strawberries help the
consumer, or
rather those geared to profit from it?
If
the manufacturers, promoters, and trade associations want to defend the
presence of toxins like fluoride, Monosodium Glutamate, Aspartame, and
E. Coli
in our food and drink, they can do so after these poisons have been
removed.
Meanwhile,
we will enjoy a hiatus from the chemicals and toxic bacteria that have
been
making the population of America sicker every year.
Diabetes, ADHD, Autism, Stroke, Obesity, Arthritis, Alzheimer’s, Heart Attack, Birth Defects, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, Juvenile Kidney Failure, Variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease.
These
are just a few of the many disorders and diseases that may see a
dramatic
reduction once fluoride, MSG, Aspartame and contaminated beef are no
longer a
part of the American Diet.
Consider
for a moment, that we have rid ourselves of these toxins, what could be
done to
undo the damage? Is there anything
available that can improve our health now that the toxins poisoning the
nation
have been identified?
MSG
has no value as nutrient or a preservative.
Its absence from food will not cause difficulties, only solve
them.
What,
however, will happen with the multi billion-dollar diet industry? What can replace Aspartame in all the items
that a dieting and diabetic nation need?
Surprisingly
enough, Mother Nature provides not only the answers, but also the cures. Unlike the toxins they will replace, these
cures will not make big profits for anyone.
